Her areas of expertise are marketing strategy and corporate communications for financial services, start ups, non-profits, Fortune 100 and professional services. Her proven experience gives her the edge in driving new businesses, both domestically and internationally, as well as the innovative use of marketing technologies.
Maital entered the field with rapid growth high tech start-ups, and worked her way up to Vice President at JPMorgan as a Global Marketing Manager and a Senior Relationship Manager. Barry Butterfield, Creative Director, brings over 25 years of creative graphic design and marketing experience to Rasmussen Communications. Barry is a master at conceptualizing, positioning, and executing new and innovative brand designs. His extensive portfolio includes print and web designs for marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, logo development, direct marketing, annual reports, trade show display graphics, and websites. Clean and uncluttered design is the common thread throughout Barry's portfolio. His aesthetic is most influenced by the Yale School of Design, characterized by simplicity, relevancy, and clarity. His marketing philosophy is that clean design reflects clear thinking, and the accurate and crisp display of information takes precedence over decoration. Paula K. Gregory – Content Director
Paula Gregory has worked as a freelance content writer for over 20 years and holds the title of Content Director at Rasmussen Communications. She has seasoned her creativity and skills by working as a proof-reader, editor, content developer and ghost writer. Her eclectic work experience has provided the opportunity to develop a working knowledge in a variety of sectors including the marketing, educational, financial, and business areas. Paula produces engaging and unique communication strategies and content with emphasis in taking the mundane and common and giving it an innovative and contemporary twist.
Mary Hower – Writer
Mary Hower, Communications Specialist, brings over twenty years professional writing and editing expertise. She has written and edited websites, direct mail campaigns, strategic business plans, grant proposals, and newsletters. As an annual fund manager and fundraising consultant, she led teams that raised over $10 million for both established and start-up charitable organizations. A writing teacher and editor, she has had essays, poetry, and interviews published in national venues such as Salon.com, New Letters, and KQED radio.
